Ok, this is musing for my fellow questioners...
Once we we out of DC/Marvel land, I was focused on three ideas (for no particular reason): Archie Andrews, Jughead Jones, Richie Rich. It's not any of those, since the character is an adult.
Being an adult rules out most of my line of Harvey comics thinking, and Archie comics too.
I'll have a question in a few minutes.
