Hadn't come up with a point cost yet, but I am open to suggestions.

Saw it Comin' - Super Senses
Damage - Chronal Ripcord: If this power is showing after taking damage, you may immediately roll one d6 and subtract 3, heal Booster of this result with a minimum of 0, and place Booster Gold in your starting area. This power may only be used once per game.
Skeets - Probability Control

Ah good call, I didn't think of that, I'm trying to keep him under 125 points or so, though...
Let's see what the consensus is.

Other than that, he's great! And he works with Blue Beetle's Bwahahaha power (not like the stupid LE which I house-ruled to work right!)

Very cool! I would say he easily could be 115 points, even with the addition of the Hypertime TA. I really like the PC being Skeets. Great work!

3 damage + Perplex is too much for Booster.
Chronal Ripcord is WAY TOO GOOD. No matter how hard you hit him, he can't get KO'd AND he gets to run for free?!?? AND he gets to Regen? AND he can absorb ANOTHER hit thanks to the power?
I love the idea, but it really is completely broken.

Yeah, I hadn't intended for it to be used repeatedly, didn't really think that part through. How about a one time use, more reasonable?

More reasonable, yes, but perhaps still too powerful with the damage-stopping element. Perhaps give him more clicks of the power but make it work like Amon Sur's Self-Preservation, with a clause like "When this power is showing, once per game, Booster can..." yadda yadda yadda.

Ah, good idea. Now, with the damage stopping ability removed, would lifting the once per game restriction still be too powerful?
