I'm attempting to recreate some of the actual Masters of Evil teams. You can see the 4 versions listed here: http://www.hcrealms.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=25766

Here are my attempts at creating useful teams using those original versions as a baseline and then rounding them out to make them playable.

MoE 2.0
E-Ultron
E-Klaw
V-Whirlwind
E-Vulture
E-Avalanche

Ultron carries Klaw up to a good sniping position. Klaw can now use Ultron's attack value for his shots. Once in position, Klaw and Ultron become my long range heavy hitters. Vulture carries Whirlwind for cleanup after Klaw and Ultron soften up the target. Avalanche provides barriers to help protect Klaw and Ultron.

MoE 4.0
Titania
V-Whirlwind
V-Mr. Hyde
E-Yellowjacket
V-Doombot
V-Vulture
R-Quicksilver

The core of this team is part of the group led by Baron Zemo that trashed Avenger's Mansion. I rounded it out with a V-Doombot and V-Vulture for taxis and Quicksilver to provide the Doombot with free movement. This group will actually make use of the MoE team ability because it will take 2 actions to put all three attackers in place. Then using a single action they can pound their target into dust with a potential of 13 clicks. Vulture charges for a potential opening 2 clicks (probably on some weaker figure or taxi), then Mr. Hyde's 11 attack helps get the first 3. Follow up with Titania for 4 and finish them off with Whirlwind's flurry. If Whirlwind KO's the target on the first flurry attack, then he can use his second flurry on someone else (this is allowed in the thread mentioned above). Quicksilver provides the Doombot with free movement and can do his usual harrassment of medics.

If you can set it up right, and actually need it, then positioning the Doombot and Yellowjacket around the target, too, allows you to try to get up to 17 clicks on that one target in a single action. That's less likely to happen since they'll be carrying the rest of the group around, but the threat is there.
