Your enthusiasm for the game is very apparent! :-)

I had toyed with running a thread along the lines you suggest a while ago (initially some people were voting for teams etc in the main polls).

Originally, I was only running a MARVEL thread. Then HYPERTIME was announced, so there had to be a D.C. version, then INDYCLIX, then... argh! I can't keep up!!! ;-)

It's quite a bit of effort to keep recording votes and updating the polls (particularly since when each one gets too big, it no longer accepts new posts, so I need to start a new version). No criticism of the celestials, moderators or the site itself - I understand it's just a bug in the forum software.

I'm reluctant to start another one just at the moment as my time's a bit on the tight side - but the suggestion is neat and I'll bear it in mind should I get a bit more spare time.

Of course - there's nothing saying nobody else can run a poll of this nature, so if you, or anyone else feels so inclined, be my guest!
