a EE + enchancement

i know this question is asked many times but i cant seem to find that thread.

Can i add enchancement to a EE attack?/

for eg dr. strange enchancement to boomerang's EE?? Will the damage be pumped up to two instead of one??

Yes, each person hit would take 2 damage, rather than 1.

Look for this a lot once Psylocke comes out...
