I want to make a team built around Vampire Lackey's and Blade. I'd like to minimize the non-Vampire characters, but still make a decent team. Also, I want to make a team that doesn't have to sit back and turtle(defensive-waits for opponent to come through doorway) to win games. I'm open to about any suggestions. As far as points, 200, 300 or 400.

Well...
Blade and the Lackey's can do quite a bit of damage, but without range, or charge, they aren't very aggressive pieces. I applaud you for not wanting to "turtle" (but don't confuse Turtling with playing Aggresive defense)

Stealthed BCFers are best when you park them in hindering and let your opponent come to you. Especially since most of them also have battle fury (except little miss Van Helsing. I like to play her with Kirk Langstrom). The best way to play them is to either TK them into someone or to park and wait. I don't see the Mandroids being very vampiresque.

As far as other characters that could fit in the theme:
Black Cat (PC is a nice bonus, remember you can "turn off" stealth during your turn to make sure you can use a reroll on your BCF)

I don't know if you mix or not, but:
Manbat is good (though you can't really taxi your vamps)
Solomon Grundy (zombie)

Here's a thought for your team. Why don't you do a skosh of research and field characters who were at one time turned into vampires? The first one that comes immediately to mind was Batman (back in the Doug Moensch issues with the great Gene Colan and Don Newton artwork). Right on the heels of that would be Man-Bat (taxi, anyone?). I'm sure there are other characters who got the bite put on them. Worth looking into, I'd say.

I might look into that, but I did want to keep it a little more themed.

If you're a fan of the Blade movie, then you can use Thugs/Lackeys/Criminals/Henchmen as familiars. Here are some figs that are either supernatural in origin, or are close enough to fill in for the theme. Just because Kirk Langstrom isn't a vampire, doesn't mean you can't simply call him one anyway.

Dr. Strange
Blade
Wolfsbane
Man-Bat
Arcane
Solomon Grundy
White Queen (just call her Lilith)
T.O. Morrow (Mad Scientist)
Firelord (The Devil)
Pyro (Demon)
Nightcrawler (Demon)
Nightmare
Mr. Hyde

Paint some cheesy little fangs onto Jean Grey and have her fling the Vampire Lackeys into combat with TK.
