Aside from the Impervious and the Toughness, I figured the best way to represent Atlas's Stamina was Regeneration to show it takes a lot to but him down.

WOOOHOOO! Captain Marvel! One of my all time favorite heroes! Man did you load him up with powers or what?! :D Now that's 188 points that I'd definately play with!

I'm surprised you didn't give him more Billy Clix, that's how he regenerates, hops between forms and *poof!* he's fully healed! ;) I may not be such a good critic for this character since I'm a big fanboy of the Big Red Cheese, but thanks for making him.

Your Rogue was pretty neat too, though I'm not at all familiar with how she is now so I couldn't really comment.

WOW! If he shows up like this, I'll be the happiest guy in the realms! One more 4 damage (at least on the Vet), one less HSS, to cut point costs, and he would top my Christmas list. The only problem I have is the RCE and range. He doesn't shoot anything. HSS will cover the fly in, SHAZAM them with a lightning bolt and back, fly out like he did in Kingdom Come. It will also lower his cost.

Do you think they can make one calling him Captain Marvel, due to the the copyright thing with marvel? They may have to call him Shazam (which is what I call him anyways, its easier to explain than how 2 companies have guys named Captain Marvel)

They can call him Capttain Marvel on his dial, from what I've heard. They just can't advertise with that name.

Yes, although it was just the JL, before it became JLI, then split to JLA,JLE, JLTF, and JLAnt. That's America, Europe, Task Force, and Antarctica. Oops, almost forgot Extreme Justice.

I like the stats!

With the R/E/V Teams, here's what I'd do:

R=No Team
E=JLA
V=JSA

Definately cut him down at the end a little, to show the Billy Batson personality, with Pulse Wave (as suggested by someone else, excellent idea!) Drop the RCE. If he does have it, keep it at 2, maybe even 1 click, but make it near the middle. Drop the Regen to the last two clicks. Drop a couple of the Outwits. He's smart, but we want someone to be able to take the figure down. :)

Still, I'd get this figure.

On a side note, how excellent would a U Billy Batson with reverse stats of the Capt. Marvel figure be?!

except I like cybervenom's suggestions...you are trying to make him how he should be in"real-life"if he really used those Olympian Gods abilities. I do like the attempt. I'd definitely have to play him though.... now if we can just get Wizkids to make Mr Tawny.:D

Sorry, but I really think you're overpowering him. He doesn't deserve Hypersonic - he's fast, but not Flash fast. And he doesn't deserve Outwit - he never acts smart except in his own comic, and everyone acts smart in their own comic. And he doesn't deserve regen - save it for people who actually regen, not just to make him stronger.

I'll admit I haven't read all his recent appearances, but when did he start hurling lightning bolts? Or having any ranged attack at all? Sure, there's the burst of lightning transform thing, but that's more of a gimmick that he's used to fun effect a few times than a real attack.

Check out the recent JSA issues to see the Cap using all his powers. Issue 40 is essentially a Captain Marvel story. And he uses the Speed of Mercury and the Wisdom of Solomon, both on the same page, if I remember right.:) I'd say both HSS and Outwit are justified.

As for the range, he does have the powers of Zues, and Zues hurles a pretty mean thunderbolt. But, I don't think I've really ever seen him use it. The Captain seems more inclined to tackle things head on.
