Now that the warning is down does that mean we can talk about project code name pineapple?
I believe that until someone has seen a WizKids produces listing, that the pineapple is still off limits.
Back when Clobberin Time was getting ready to come out, Guanoe was fortunate enough to actually see the poster, which is how he was able to provide an advanced list before anyone truly knew what was in the set.
First rule or project pineapple....
you do not talk about project pineapple
(background laughter)
Second rule of project pineapple....
you DO NOT talk about PROJECT PINEAPPLE
(serious looks)

to be completly honest I was looking for a Yea or Nay from the mods so we can quit the stupid pineapple #### and talk about it openly. I was wondering if maybe Wizkids lifted the ban on the info since they pretty much are confirming it with their previews....can I get a ruling on this? If it is still in ban then please accept my humble appology on bringing this up and delete the thread.

My ruling would be no. As we are still pulling lists... I mean Pineapples off our sites, till given the go ahead to harvest.;)

I was at a tourney this past weekend, and a player there claimed that WizKids reps have "displayed" the entire Xplosion set to some venues/distributers. Now, Im not really leaning toward believing them, but the detail of which they discussed the set was interesting. Either the person is a pathalogical liar, and was totally talking out his behind.... or....
Regardless, with release being 5-6 weeks away, im pretty sure that we will see a confirmation post pretty soon, as venues will want to start advertisements for Xplosion.

The only reason why I posted this was because I am tired of trying to hid what we know and I want some open conversation about characters on the list and what everyone thinks they will have. That type of conversation was going on at least 6 weeks before CT and it gave me something to do at work. (should I be working, probably but what fun would that be)

Well, Pineapple talk is still very much banned because we don't want to violate the trust that Wizkids has given this excellent site. To do so could cause Wizkids to stop giving out info to HCRealms. Besides, i's only a few weeks away and we can talk about the current figures.
The thing you must come to understand is that there is no pineapple...I mean spoon...

Seriously we can not talk about pineapple as of yet. Last time Dr. Morbious came on and told us about 3 weeks before CT came out. His was pulled originally then 2 days later it was back up. Still hoping for someone to really see the poster so we can talk about pineapple.

Honestly all I was looking for was a yes or a no....and it seems that I have that. Thanks for the info and if you want go ahead and delete the thread or you will have a bug firestorm on your hands with people debating why and why we shouldn't be able to talk about it.
again didn't mean to start anything just wanted some info. With the deleting of the thread that said we couldn't talk about it I was hoping we could.

Can we change the name of the pineapple to a Papaya? It is a lot more fun to type that the boring pineapple.
And speaking of pineapples why in the he!! is it called a pineapple? IT doesn't tase like an apple and it doesn't come from a pine tree.....can someone clear this up?

We can't talk about project pinapple, but we could very well talk about the apples... I don't see any problems about this: just start a post like "how do you think that will be Typhoid Mary if and when they release her for R/E/V?" or "How do you think that they will make a Green Goblin? I think that it should be an unique and his stats should be like: ..."
There are no restrains about talking about apples... no one know what apples are in heroclix anyway... just don't mention the pinapple and that's all right!!!

We can talk in all honesty about figures that we hope to see in future sets, about what powers we think they should have.. etc.. I have a post up now about what powers shadowcat should have if she is ever made into clix..
Im sure that as long as it's in the realm of posibility, we can talk about any character on our dream list. Like X-Statix clix!!
Those would be better than pineapple upside down cake!

Seriously someone leaked what was going to be Xplosion back in 2003. This all happened Month and Half before Xplosion came out. Wizkids was PISSED. They asked HCR nicely to remove all of it from the boards. So people started to call it Pineapple.

Oh, all the sets we've waited to hatch, refreshing this site and Wizkids', looking for favorites to be confirmed.

Ok -
There's several Zombie Pineapples - Ghouly Guavas, Pernicious Papayas, and such.
There's the 616 Pineapples as well as some World War Pineapple.
Of course, it would be a set without X-Pineapples - the first class pineapples as well as the Age of Apocapineapple.
That's all I have to say about that!

Meepo was Hilarious. What happened to him? I remember alot of the great original members. Ahh, the memories!!! We used to count our posts and check to see who was the oldest member on the forum. Awaiting pineapples and mocking the sculpts and abilities. Great stuff...
If nothing else seeing this make me glad that HCRealms and WK aren't so tight anymore. When I think of people that left because of "the Pineapple Incident" and the squashing of the leaked Indy Rules it makes me a bit sad. I wonder if any of them kept playing.

Man when I first found out about the indy rules and the changes. I so was waiting for the day to talk about them. Although I thought Chargers could still do something ,when tked, when I had first read them. That was back when I was a playtester. I was so glad when something came out and I could finally say something about it.
