I don't know if anyone has ever done this before but these are odd characters to recreate...
U Fantomah
Team: Quintessence
Range: 4 :bolt::bolt::bolt:
Points: 100
Keywords: Mystical, Deity, Past

Trait - Protector of the Jungle - Once per turn, Fantomah can use Mind Control as if she had a range of 12 on any character with the Animal keyword (friendly or opposing) and takes no feedback damage.
Fantomah never seems to weaken from what I've seen.
She is only around for a short period though and her defense would be infinity probably so I thought I'd make her numbers average.
All her powers have names...
Stealth - Watching from the shadows
Force Blast - A mighty wind
Mind Control - Thoughts of Vengeance (this happens in the story about the Elephant Graveyard)
Phasing - "The Apparition Disappears" (direct quote)
Plasticity - Trapped
Poison - "A Peculiar Perfume Fills the Air" (another direct quote)
Incapacitate - Sudden Tiredness
Quake - Forces of Nature
Pulse Wave - The full power of Fantomah
Barrier - "Your way of escape is now closed to you! Closed by Fantomah!" (another direct quote)
Shape Change - One minute a beautiful woman...
Outwit - Superior Feminine Intellect
Perplex - Fantomah loves all creatures...
Probability Control - Power of the fates
I think the first attack slot power might be better as TK character-wise...I don't think it would feel as much like her if she were to be played because she really just flings stuff at her enemies and people rarely seem to do that.
I made her a little strangely, because she is a very strange character.
She seems to hurt people when she's right next to them but not touching them...like her 2 range pulse wave.
The up-side is it's easy to be single target and that's 2 penetrating damage with her own PC for it.
I made her 100 because it just seemed like a good cost.
She's a shot in the dark...she could be the key to victory and endlessly irritating...or die in one shot that saves that 5 or more damage from the approximate other 200 other of your build.
Plus if there is ever an Animal keyword opposing team...that's going to hurt!
It's not a dirty trait or a good trait. It's just accurate and interesting.
Next up I might do Space Smith or just leave it at her for a while...
