No clue about the dial yet, but as we can see the cards indicate that daredevil does indeed have a special power, which was not something seen in the "leaked" dials.

Wicked sculpt! Not really a Daredevil fan but I want this piece. As for playability power this piece could be pretty powerful if his outwit and special power overlap onto the same dial we'll have to wait and see!

Possible but if so, the outwit is probably not going to be in the 1st-2nd clicks for balance purposes.

This DD will be a great Pounce piece. :)
Pretty awesome, but no Spidey TA?! Overall still looks like the best DD so far (assuming his dial holds up.)

I like it all so far. The sculpt and the powers......even the point range.
While the lack of TA and the Rookie status is a bit of a disapointment(kind of) maybe DD will be one of the LEs.
Do we know who the sculpter is?

Well from the power order on the card it looks like EW would come first on the dial. Unless that's a mistake, it's very unlekely it would be upfront.

As a long time Daredevil fan, the sculpt looks good and the card I think the SWP has finally given justice to Daredevil. I see him being played a whole lot. Anxious to see the dial when its released.
Nice sculpt, and I'm glad they made a point of the Martial Artist keyword so that this version (even if it's technically inappropriate for the rookie to do so) to play theme-y nice with the new Hand Ninjas, given recent developments in DD's series.
It's difficult to judge without the dial, but it does seem to at least be closer to the mark. That this is a rookie tempers matters a bit - I'd expect Running Shot... perhaps Charge to be melded into the SP for an Exp or Vet. Hopefully, for 81 points we'll be able to look at this dial and then at the Iron Fist we received in SI and see that this one's clearly worth the extra 11 points.

I know the REV aspect doesn't matter much anymore, but having an 81 point DD as a rookie with his (seemingly) best dial is pretty funny.

I would say "Yes". It says he ignores other characters' stealth, without respect to how they came by that ability.

The Batman TA does one thing. It allows a character with that TA to use stealth. There shouldn't be any confusion here.
I had been going off the original Batman TA which was worded exactly the same as stealth but never mentioned it meaning Bats TA safe. Just checked Legion PAC :
BATMAN™ ALLY Batman Ally team members may use Stealth (though they do not possess the Stealth power).
So I would think it would be ignored as well.

I'm not seeing how hearing Hulk's heartbeat would let DD ignore his Imperviousness.
Overall though, a very exciting preview. Looking forward to seeing the dial.

Overall though, a very exciting preview. Looking forward to seeing the dial.
I do recall a fun story where DD takes down Absorbing Man.
Of course, we haven't had a properly designed Hulk yet either.
I imagine in a fight with DD, a Hulk would win based on stamina - length of dial and damage output. :)

Very nice sculpt. Best looking Daredevil yet. But I am kinda suprised that he doesn't have the Spiderman Allies TA on him.
Question
He ignores stealth but what about hindering terrain?
It looks like he would still be subject to a figures hindering terrain defense bonus.
Daredevil will have LOS to Batman but Batman's defense will still get a +1 bonus

Sweet! Daredevil is one of my most wanted figures in this set. I hope the dial is as good as the sculpt and the SP. Maybe his first click will have something like his Sp, Incap, Super Senses and exploit weakness, to give you options when you play him. Either keep him in stealth and use him to counteract opposing stealthed figures from range or do some damage up close with exploit weakness. Lot of possibilities for this Daredevil. Can't wait for Hammer of Thor!

If someone can drudge up the pictures from the con where DD showed up, didn't his top dial have 8,10,17,3? If so, that would be good enough for me. For him to be worth 81, he has to have a 3 uptop, which would make him deadly with Exploit Weakness.
So can you Lunge and Exploit Weakness? Mwhahahahaha!

I'm sure he will have 2 targets, but no RS, Charge, flurry, b/c/f, CR or CCE for an 81 pt. rookie? He better have no lower than 16D his entire dial! I will stick with S.I. Elektra for the pointage. Although that cheap eye of agamotto SP is pretty handy!

Based on his special powers alone, this is the best peice ever.
Assuming he hits for 5 and has a consistent 12 attack with 19 defense
I zoomed way in and looks like 8-move 10-Attack ?-Defend 3-Damage but I also don't see exploit weakness, looks more like a sp and if so the dial is likely false or an earlier version.

I think I will turn my right side up and see if it still looks cool. Sometimes I worry that figures that are upside-down will have all of the plastic rush to their heads and will only be able to roll double ones. Sometimes.

Marvel Knights doesn't really offer much in terms of TAs right now.
Sticking solely to the keyword you get Hydra through Elektra and Avengers through Marc Spector or Luke Cage. Not exactly a stellar lineup.
If you skip the keyword but stick to the team in the comics, then you only get more Avengers with Black Widow and Moon Knight, maybe SHIELD with Nick Fury. If you wanted to push things you could swap in Ultimate Black Widow for the Ultimates TA.
You could go with Ultimate Marvel Knights, which adds Defenders through Doctor Strange and Fantastic Four through Spider-Man, but the revised Wildcard rules make those TAs very limited in usefulness.
Me, I'd always wanted a Marvel Knights ATA for Spider-Man which duplicated Batman Ally. Until that happens, I'll confess to cheesing it up a bit with an Alfred Pennyworth pog.

He's at 81 points with NO Team Ability. Do you really want a Daredevil that starts with:
4 range 2 targets
10 attack
cool Special Power
2-3 damage value
18 defense with Super-Senses
for greater than 81 points?
He is already battling Elektra, Iron Fist, and SI Spider-Man as far as filling a martial artist slot on a team - making him another 8-15 points more would just make him too expensive to field, even with great TA's to copy.
Ideally he would have been more cost effective dropping the extra target (oh so expensive) and making the 4 range a 6. Also, depending on how much Incap and Outwit he has, adjusting that would have opened up more room for a Team Ability, point-wise.
Oh well, he's only Daredevil # 4, maybe he will be like DC's Robin and appear in 7 sets and counting...

It's funny, and maybe it's just at my venue, but I don't see crazy wildcard teams all that often anymore. The wildcard nerfs and theme team mechanics seem to have weeded most of them out.

If someone is only wildcarding Batman Ally and Mystics I can see why wildcarding has weeded out most teams.
Those TA's just paint even bigger targets on those pieces. Plus with full-move Charge, HSS, TK, and Ultimates - its not like Stealth dominates like it did during Critical Mass.
And Mystics? Deal 5 and I take 1? I'll take that trade - especially on a Super-Sense character.

Ya know what might be fun?
Daredevil + Takedown.
The spoiled dial has an 18D with Super Senses up front. Add in the Stealth so that you pretty much have to attack him up close, and Daredevil could quickly become a major nuisance.
Lunge is icing on this cake btw. :)
