I agree. But the shark vs. boat scenes were pretty action-oriented, so I figured it wouldn't hurt to qualify the answer a bit.

I never saw Jaws. I've seen clips and things. I have no idea why that movie came to mind. I just went over the recap, and thought of Roy Scheider. I would not have guessed the quote without checking imdb.
