If Flash STARTS his turn in hindering terrain, may he only move half his speed value, or can he run out freely because of HSS? I suspect the answer is that he may only move half his speed, but I want to check.

Secondly, if a flyer starts in hindering, do they too also only get to move half speed?

Thanks.

HSS is treated normally by hindering terrain. You enter it and stop. You start in it and get only half your move.
Flyers and phasers ignore hindering terrain for purposes of movement.

A figure with HSS starting in Hindering would only be able to move half his printed Speed value (rounded up).

Flying figures ignore hindering terrain for the purposes of movement.
