I guess he just died recently. He was only 44 years old. The funniest thing is that I heard that he was in negotiations w/ WWE. They put up the article in WWE's headlines page.

I was shocked when I saw this on WWE RAW last night. I remember how he stood up for Ravishing Rick Rude after he died and WCW refused to acknowledge his existance, even when WWF ran a whole progam on him. I liked him, even though he was a mid-card.

Rick Rude was by far my most favorite wrestler. I loved the match he had with the Ultimate Warrior in a cage. He certainly was alot more muscular in WCW then he was in WWE (Most be the roids). None of the stars today have any of the charisma that the old stars had. I guess Vince McMahon must like "yes" men. I mean these guys have no real mic skills, and if they do they are mid card wrestlers (John Cena for example). I agree that Lesner is a phenom, but c'mon now. The guy can't even make a sentence w/o that baby voice of his. If I were WWE i'd focus on the 230-250 pound wrestlers, instead of these big overgrown hulks all the time. I'd love to see Lance Storm turn away from the stupid Canada is the best mentality (It did Brett Hart in, and obviously it isn't helping him. look who he is paired with. Regal :p ). Stick Lance Storm against Jericho, and see what happens.

I'm very sad about his passing also. He was a good intercontinental champion. He also had a great wrestling persona. I was looking forward to seeing him come back to the WWE.
