In the past, Gargantua and I have committed to some big single elimination tournaments to see who was best team in Clix. We determined the best team at 300 points (Defenders), 500 points (Avengers) and 800 points (JSA). Well we're at it again, but this time to make things interesting we're randomizing the point values to see which team is best - at any point value.

Teams must still be able to field 800 points in named figures, no dupes to qualify. Only those figures with the TA on their base may be used, so Hypertime U Flash can't be on the JSA team, but the AA version of him can.

Point value of each game will be determined by random die roll, 1d6 +2, x100 for a range of 300-800. No feats will be used

Only one character per team, the one with the highest point value, will be able to use the TA (to keep teams like Mystics and Bat Allies from being too annoying). If he's KOd, then the highest point figure remaining picks up the TA. For teams that require two members to work (like Sinister Syndicate) any piece may be used to trigger the ability, but only the highest point figure may actually use it.

Down to the finals now. The last teams are the the Avengers and the Skrulls .

"Well get on with it. Don't keep your queen waiting," a Skrull dressed as Elektra prodded him.

"I'd heard you were dead," Dugan said to Elektra.

"The first one is. She is her replacement," the Queen said.

"Ah," Dugan nodded. "Well, SHIELD knows of us. They're mobilizing the Avengers. They're going all out. We're going to need everyone we can get."

"You have me," the Skrullian Ms. Marvel said. "I will tear them apart gladly."

"And I am ready," Susan Richards said.

"And you have me," a new voice same from the door.

"K'lrt," the queen observed. "The first Super Skrull. You had gone rogue. There's a price on your head."

"I am first and foremost a Skrull, my queen. If I can prove that here today, I have some hopes that I may be returned to your good graces."

"Mmmm, perhaps," the queen allowed.

"Is your Skrull Indentifier monitor encoded?" Ant-Man asks the Black Knight.

"I can't believe I get to work aside the Avengers! It's a real honor..." Songbird starts. A blast from the Skrulls interrupts her.

Sorry to take away a hit, but Mockingbird isn't adjacent to Ms. M. Mock is in S17, Ms. M is in T19. If Mockingbird had the movement to get to S18 last turn, I would have let it stand, but she started in T8 after TK, and her movement's 9, so she couldn't get any further than you got her. Which means her attack's not valid.
