RCE and team abilities

I know that RCE does not work with other superpowers such as SS or EE. Does RCE work with team abilities like SHEILD or PD?

Ohh yeah. Cyclops + 2 Shield figures =6 damage. Boo-Yah!!

It also works with things like EE as well. Ultron is extremely nasty with the 3 target EE with some shield enhancement.
