Can you use Probability Control on the oponnent 6 dice roll for the B/C/F damage?

This question arise when i reserve my Probability Control for the 6 dice roll B/C/F and my oponnet declare that I can´t because is his dice roll and I could re-roll his dice in his turn.

BCF is rolled by the attacker. It is going to be the turn of the attacker.

Ergo, it can be PCed.
