View Full Version : quick Perplex question (or 2)
1. Can my H. Quinn perplex any of a friendly stealthed figures stats from range (no LOF)?
2. If I parplex up a figs damage while he is in range, and then taxi him out of range to attack, does the perplex hold?
Thanks.

1. Since Stealth causes hindering terrain to be considered blocking terrain, then no, you cannot perplex a stealthy figure as perplex requires a clear LOF. In order to perplex your character you would need to turn off Stealth.
2. The perplexed figure must be in range when the perplexer perplexes him or her:) So, you can perplex and then move out of range.

nearly correct, fate.
when you turn off a power, it comes back on at the end of your turn. so, you can simply turn off the stealth, pump up the figure, and then not worry about it, cuz the turned off power will come back before the opponent starts their turn.

Any power that is optional can ber turned off with the exception of Super Strength while carrying an object.
The FAQ states:
"Optional Powers
If a power is described as “optional,” the controlling player can cancel the power at any time."
Damage reducing powers stop a fixed number of clicks. If it says it stops 1 then you need to do 2 clicks of damage to hurt the fig. If it stops 2 then you need to do at least 3 to hurt the fig.
