Okay, here;s the question.
When taxiing a figure from ground level to a rooftop, do you have to enter soaring mode to do so?
I have been playing that you do. Its my impression that a hovering fig is subject to the same movement restrictions as ground based figs when it comes to blocking terrain. I play so that if you were to taxi a figure to a rooftop without soaring mode, you would have to use the stairs.
To get them directly to the rooftop witout having to use the stairs, you would enter soaring mode.
IS this correct, or can you just simply hover a person to a rooftop? That doesnt make much sense to me, but it was brought up and argued over, so we rolled the dice to decide and my argument stood that you must enter soaring mode to get to a rooftop without using the stairs.
I hope I played that right. Clarification anyone?
