View Full Version : Unconfirmed Movie news
This is totally unconfirmed news. But WWE wrestling diva Trish Stratus is being considered (and she wants too) for the Sue Storm/Invisible Woman role in the Fantastic Four movie.

Well, the WWE is full of "Actors" isn't it???:D
Well given how all the comic movies coming out now are being made very well with good directors, producers, actors etc... I would assume they would make sure she could act before they cast her.
Shes not bad on the mic (the acting part) and she did pick up the ring work part of wrestling very, very quickly. Maybe that could also happen with acting, she might pick it up very fast. I don't know.

Yeah right. And is the Rock gonna play the Thing? I hope this isn't true. Bea Arthur would make a better Sue Richards than Trish!

I heard that WWE superstar "the Rock" was considering playing Punisher, & that Busta Rhymes was also asked to play someone in the movie.

Why not she shows great attribute to that sort of role, i think she'lldo a good job.
I'm not saying Trish would be good as Sue Storm, but she might be. She isn't bad on raw (for the limited time she gets), she has the look, and she pick up wrestling very quickly, and got good at it. She could pick up acting the same way.

And i have a bridge for sale! You want to but it? It is next door to the Baxter Building. Get a real actor no fake a$$ wrestling broad. If they cast her then the Rock should do the Return Of The Scorpion King! Because the first one did so well in the box office.

Actually, The Scorpion King did well at the Box Office - it had a production budget of $60M and made $91M in movie sales (this doesn't count VHS and DVD sales) - I would say it was pretty profitable for the Rock's first leading role.

Actually the Rock is looking to do a King Kamehameha movie. Based on the Hawaiian king's life.
THe Rock's got hellderodo coming out in a couple months, hes signed to do any other movie (I don't know anything about it) and they are writing him a Scorpin King sequel.
I would just say for those of you who don't watch wrestling watch Trish first - shes not a dumb blonde who just walks out, looks good and gives a bad line or two (like Stacy Keibler). She has alittle talent to her. I'm not saying she would be GREAT in the movie, I'm just saying don't write her off so fast. People did the same with Ben Affleck and MCD when the cast for Daredevil become known and every review I've seen has said they were both great in the movie, perfect for their parts.

Ramplate: ye sthe world of Profesional 'raslin' does have many actors, although not all of them can act.
I think if any of the female workers do a movie. I would say Trish definetly has what it takes to do it. I myself Wrestle, right now I'm working on in getting in the door as they say for the WWE, and believe me there is nothing fake about it, sure it may be script and thought out, but the hard part comes in making it look real, and believe me it takes alot. it is like amature wrestling, (which I also have a background in) VERY AGGRESSIVE. and the Idea of the Rock being the thing is not a bad one, after all they both smack talk, they both cast an impressive presence. and they both know when it's clobberin' Time someone is in for a smack down! oh and sluggo thank you for your support I absolutley agree. if any of you want to humble yourselves, try to be a "rasler", step into the ring and see how fake it really is.
