What do you make of the following PM I recieved?

I'm really not trying to flame anyone here. I am known to blow a few spellings myself every now and again but what is he trying to say? I got the first sentence but beyond that it gets a little incoherent. (I think i mispelled that) .
Now a little back story on this .... I offered to trade or buy his sentinel which was no longer sealed. He asked for three uniques which I thought was pretty steep. In fact I thought it was very steep. When I told him so he admitted he really had no intention of sending or trading the figure.
Then I see him start another thread where he offers figures in his haves list that he says he will trade when he gets them which he at this time does not have.
Huh?!?
How can you a trade figures you dont have for figures someone else does? Please help me with this. I'm royally confused by Thor and It's not Norse that he's speaking. Is this guy Hammered? Has he fallen off the Rainbow bridge one too many times? I need some opinions. - Terrence
