Why is Arthur Curry hard to get?

I know why Arthur Curry is so hard to find. Because they made so many stupid Thomos Oscar Morrows and Jervis Tetchs. I have won about 9 Jervis tetchs and 6 TOM in the tournaments. If you don't get first you might as well flip a coin to decide which one you get. So why didn't they cut back on them and make more Arthur Currys?

And if you look this month you should see a lot of Arthur Currys.
they have 1 or 2 "sets" of prizes that they send out and when they run out they move on to the next sets. The place I play at just recieved the Arthur Curry package and someone was very happy he didn't spend 50 on e-bay for him :)

yeah hes everywhere after months of winning selina kyles ive won 2 arthur currys this month. hes pretty fun to play with. i use him in a willpower team with v doc ock and exp batman
