Dang. The Tribble is the only Star Trek animal I know of.
I guess someone else will have to solve this one...
I think I came up with a subject catagory too specific/obscure to garner interest. Besides, the answer is SO obscure that even a lot of hard-core Trekkers won't get it.
The answer is the Glommer, a tribble-predator created by the Klingons via genetic engineering. From the Animated Series episode "More Tribbles, More Trouble."
Of course, this all makes me feel all that much more superior to you all in the extent of my knowledge of all things nerdy. Not that I didn't already feel vastly superior to you all already. :cool:
