Probable delay of HoT to Australia

Hi guys,

Just thought I'd let you know that I was at my venue today and he called the new distributor (Ikon) to see if HoT was going to arrive on time to Australian venues. He was told that apparently it will not even arrive to the distributor until the 25th of Nov (a week late), so it will most likely be some time after that before Australian stores see it.

I'm pushing back my release tournament by a fortnight. Hopefully there'll be stock around by the 3rd of December. :p

Well from looking around some threads on the main forum, it seems like even many stores in the States are going to be getting theirs late. So maybe it's due to NECA.

However, I also spoke to an ex-Crofty employee today and he seemed to think that the new distributor would be worse than Crofty was. But he also seemed to think that Crofty was pretty good at distributing clix, so I'm really not sure how much I trust his opinion. :p

If a distributor was worse than Croftminster, then stores would do better business to simply buy directly from overseas and have the stuff shipped in!

At the distributors? Heck, HoT has arrived at our venue. We played a sealed tonight. :)

My venue was expecting it in today or tommorow. I rang them at the end of the day and it still wasn't in...so hopefully tommorow.

Good thing we planned our sealed for next week. :)
