Good Job On The Alpha Flight, But Why In The World Would Any One Make The New Warriors... At Least The Didnt Make Actual Figures Yet Thank The Lord.

New Warriors: Honestly, Nova has always been one of my favorites, and I really liked Bagley's art on the NW comics. (I have this sick fascination with bucket-head heroes like Nova, Guardian, Captain Britain...) Plus I figured this way Nova had someone to hang out with. The main reason though is that I'd finish one fig and just start thinking "Huh, Nova didn't turn out too shabby....I wonder if I could turn blue beetle into Speedball?" repreat as each fig was finished. ;)

Speedball: Well, he was an early experiment in heat=reposing and I didn't think too much before trying it. From the right angle it sort of looks likes he's running...a little...kinda.

Next projects: I saw a thread on the wizkids forums about Hellcat, and it got me thinking about making a Hellstorm mod. Old school with the big cloak and gigantic trident. I realize that Alpha aside I'm kinda hitting the dregs of Marvel, but I figure this way most of them will be unique for a LONG time. After all, why would they rush to do some of these figs? ;)

Just caught your post this morning - tremendous job! Your whole Alpha line-up is stellar but I absolutely love the Sasquach and Puck (you even did Marina - sweet!). The new Warriors you did are also great - such a good use of existing figs. I'm tempted to try a Saquach using your formula at some point - I may wait till X-plosion's new Hulk comes out as a substitute base body though. Please, please, please keep the good work coming.

So I did a minor update. Added a new "How to", this time Puck.

Black Knight is 95% done. I just need a decent sword and a safety pin of all things. Once he's done I'll add him in too. ;)

Very nice, kudos to you. Too many to comment on though; my favorites are Guardian and Namorita, although they are all great including your Black Knight and Son of Satan. Keep it up and show us more as you finish

Alpha Flight is fantastic. I think its a good idea to do these kind of figures for yourself. Like you said, make something that wont be made for awhile. I made an Enchantress and now I feel dumb since Clobberin Time's version was so great. Have you had any trouble with heavy traffic hitting your site?

Only a small update to the page, added 2 figs, Grim Reaper and Box under the Misc and Alpha Directories respectively. I also added a shot of what's on the workbench currently.

Once I get my next load of el-cheapo bulk clix purchases in, I'll get back to hacking. ;)
