The future of "Pineapples".

I love pineapples and the Xploding pineapple was the tastiest of all. Some people like to wait to eat theirs, some want it now. Regardless I think we have to respect the agreement between Marvel and Wizkids. I would hate to think that anything we do could jeopordize the further release of more sets. In the future I suggest that we do things differently. Instead of posting the pineapple on this site or any other. I think it should just be emailed to one another. Then those that want the pineapples delicious goodness can ask for it and those that think the fruit is sweeter if they wait for it can do so. Now that we all know what a pineapple is we can just use that term to alert people. We keep it private and out of site. Now do not misunderstand me. I do not expect another pineapple. Wizkids will probably tighten their security, but if one does escape there clutches I just don't want that to ruin Marvels relationship with Wizkids. If someone just has to throw a spoiled pineapple in the mix I'm just offering an alternative method of doing so. I'd like to think I speak for everyone when I say that I would rather never have another delicious pineapple again if it means more sets for Heroclix though.

In the highschool dorm I went to, farm-animal noises were band because we used them to mean other things. (Note: Dorms, Blizzards, and Teenagers DON'T mix.) Maybe Pineapples will have a similar fate?

Thanks for being the first to say it! I couldn't decide where to start: High School Dorms? Band (or Banned) Animal noises (what the heck else could they mean!?)? And where does a blizzard fit in to the mix? It reminds me of a Frank Black stand-up bit: "If it weren't for my horse I would have never spent that year in college". No you didn't read that wrong.

Pineapples is a word that someone used as a codeword for the X-Plosion set list that has been floating around.

I think the entire "jeapordize relationship" flap is just a load of junk. Marvel Entertainment almost went completely under about five years ago and if it wasn't for Spidey the Movie, they'd probably still be having problems. What makes anyone think that Marvel is going to pull the license for clix if fans are so obsessed with buying the next $300-plus-to-complete-a-set, set that they risk banishment from this site just to discuss what might be coming? Money talks, folks, and if Heroclix keeps raking in the dough and the new fans, Marvel will put up with anything we want to do. SO I say, keep them pineapples rollin', baby! And please don't reply quoting the party line about how "it's in the agreement" blah, blah.
