when i type in hcrealms.com it does not work... when i type in www.hcrealms.com it works... is there a reason??

Yeah; I made a chance earlier today assuming (pporly) that *.hcrealms.com would also handle hcrealms.com. It didn't. The fix will go in when I reboot the server; but I'll do that during low traffic times.

Typhon, How do we get rid of the indication that we have NEW PMs if we don't? This happened when the site lost all the PMs for the last month. I had a new one in there that I did not read yet (before the loss), but now its still saying there is one at the top of my screen when there is not.

acually, there are random spots in there where there is unread missing mail :-/ just got to find it

Are you talking about on the top right in the "Welcome" box area where it shows the number of unread messages? If that is it, that number is not just for PM. It can be messages from buddies and stuff. Click on the "Private messave" or "Your notification" and you should get a drop down. Look at which item has a message and go to the line item. Once you read it, the counter should go back to "0"
