Fig rarity and collector's #

Can anyone tell me what rarity levels correspond to the collectors numbers in a small set like Clobbering Time or Xplosion?

CT figs w/ Collector #'s 1-30 have a rarity of 1,2,3 (R,E,V), #'s 31-60 are 2,3,4 (R,E,V), #'s 61-84 are 3,4,5 (R,E,V) & #'s 85-96 are all 6 (U). It's all in the checklist.
