A quick Qustion about Perplex

Okay I have 1 qustion after finding the joy of Perplex via Doc. Oc. Can I put him next to some one like Cyclops who has Ranged Combat Expert and Increase his attack by 1. Let me explain. The rules say enchancemnts like Enhancement, but what If increase his orgianl damge done by 1 then add the 2 extra clicks brought 2 you by ranged combat expert, So would that work ?

nope.. rce can't be used with any powers except probability control.

You can use Perplex to boost Cyclops attack or damage(Perplex doesn't need you to be next to a character by the way); but Cyclops would lose his RCE whether you decided to increase his damage or his attack as it cannot work in conjunction with any other powers (the only thing that currently allow you to boost damage combined with RCE are team abilities, ie SHIELD).

RCE is a big boon, but it has alot of limitations as well.
