Greetings, clixfans! In my ongoing quest to repaint as many figs as possible into their "Ultimate Marvel" versions, here's the Wasp:

You can see more angles (http://www.heroix.info/repaints-marvel.html#ultimatewasp) and larger pictures on my website.

Fantastic repaints. I especially like your Hulk and Scarlet WItch.

Outstanding work. I'm a long time painter of minis (I didn't put my birthday in my profile on purpose...). I've been painting for oh, nearly 20 years now. This is some very creative work. You should be proud to know that I'm going to copy you (and of course give you the credit).
My favorite conversion is the Falcon. Always one of my favorites. Your methods seem sound and your skills are certainly adequate if not exceptional for the task at hand. Keep up the good work. Thanks for sharing and giving us all some great ideas. Anybody seen any good Namor conversions out there? I'm trying to put together the old Defenders...(me and every other old timer).

Thanks for the praise and encouragement!

As for Namor, check out this thread: http://www.hcrealms.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=23176. HCRealms member Horhiro posted there a link to his Defenders repaints. His Namor is based on a Sabertooth sculpt. Although I would personally choose a darker blue for Hellcat and some of the others, these are nicely done.

Thanks, those are some really nice conversions. You know, I was surfing some of the other posts. What a WEALTH of info! I found another site from an absolutely fantastic painter who had done a Namor based on the Human Torch figure (sorry, no link--shame on me). It really looked nice. The sabertooth based-one was certainly good, and the model lent the Atlantean half-breed a certain feral rage, but the human torch model had that nice, lean, clean-cut, in flight aspect.
But, I had never seen anybody do a night-hawk or valkyrie or hell-cat fig (I agree, a darker blue is in order). Those were geat. I imagine coming up with stats for ol' chrome dome would be difficult (I mean, the power cosmic is pretty cosmic, after all--I suppose the green lantern would be just as tough).
I also noticed somebody else (again, no link--sorry!) had done a fantastic Baron Mordo conversion. AWESOME! I tell ya, you guys have got the creative juices flowing now. Hopefully, pretty soon, I'll be able to post some pics of my own up here!
By the way, you are absolutely right, Kingpin needs to spend some of that money and hire a fashion designer to buy his clothes (otherwise his henchmen are going to make fun of his PURPLE pants behind his back). Your repaint is much more stylish.

Well, all the credit goes to the costumers on the Daredevil movie, and Michael Duncan Clark. Now if I can just figure out how to paint alligator skin on my movie conversion of Bullseye ...
