Everyone is town so there is no mafia. All players are allowed to talk to any other player at any time via any means. There are 17 players and 17 powers. Each power will be randomly assigned each night. If a player dies at night, the power they possessed during that phase will be removed.
Each day phase, you will vote for one power and one player to remove from the game. Whichever player/power has the most votes at the end of each phase, will be removed from the game. If no player/power is voted for, then one will be randomly killed. Day phases will last 24 hours regardless of majority. Majority does not matter this game. The only vote count that matters is the final one.
Once we're down to the final 9 players, everyone eliminated will be placed on the jury. Once we're down to the final 2 players, the jury of 7 will vote for the person they think deserves to win the most.

Introduction:
A handsome man steps out onto the bow of a large ship. Placing his foot on a nearby crate, he rested his arm on his knee. "Seventeen castaways have been chosen to set out on the adventure of a lifetime. Stranded on Stralkowski Island with nothing but the clothes on their back and their snarky elitist wit, these contestants will fight for the ultimate title of *dramatic music* Survivor." Remember all, the name of the game is Outwit, Outlast, and Outplay. At its very core, this is a game of deception. Be careful.
So we can talk to anyone we want.....fascinating.
I am going to vote:Silence.
Nothing kills a game like someone being silenced and not being able to participate...

That's it in English. In Hebrew it's spelled Lamud-Yud-Ayin-Daled or ל'עד.
It means "Forever". My full name is Leead Melech, or ל'עד מלך which means King forever.
I'm named after my Grandmother who's name, Leah Malka, meant Delicate Queen.

Well hello, gorgeous! ;)
Night kills should not be gotten rid of. It's simple, in what way does getting eliminated from a Mafia game piss you off the most?
Getting lynched.
In what way does getting eliminated from a Mafia game make you throw up your hands and say, "Oh darn!" ?
Getting NKed.
Keep the NKs in. NKs are good for you. They reduce blood pressure, and help all the players live long healthy stress-free lives.
That, and anyone who wants NKs taken out, must think they have control of the voting. In which case, perhaps we should excuse these people from the game while we still have the chance.

That's precisely why people get more upset with getting lynched as opposed to night killed, actually. It's the difference between offering a defense, and being ignored, and simply being killed.

Since I was under the impression that a point of the game was to learn RL names, it would make sense for me to go by what I am often called in real life, rather than something I've never gone by. Besides, Johnny Fairplay and Shambo both named themselves. As far as I know, the only one dubbed something by a tribesmate was Rocky.

The group sat before the large fire. The handsome man addressed one of the crew. "So Lipsh#ts, what's your assessment of this game so far?" "That's not my name, ya jack###! How about a little respect?" "Fair enough, Lipkin. What's your assessment?" "I think these guys are mean. I know they're gunning for me tonight, and it's not even my birthday." "Uh, ok well I'm not sure what your birthday has to do with Survivor, but it's time to vote."
The group heads to the podium one by one and writes down a name. When they're finished, the handsome man retrieves the ceremonial Mr. Bucket and returns to his post. "And now I'll read the votes." The handsome man read all the votes. "Lipkin, bring me your torch and your personal item." The young man picked up his personal item, a black ball gag and carried his torch to the podium. "The tribe has spoken." After the young man left the council area, his torch snuffed, the handsome man addressed the group again. "Well clearly from tonight's vote, this tribe is anything but unified. Maybe next time you'll be able to pull it together a little better. Grab your stuff and head back to camp."
The BoyBlunder has left the game. He may make a SINGLE farewell post before remaining silent for the rest of the game.

"I don't know why they decided to single me out. I was ready to come in and win this game, I had a plan, and they wouldn't even hear me out. It's the game's loss. I was going to be the best player this game had ever seen." -- Lipkin

Day 1:
Reward Challenge:
The group was split into two equal teams of 8. The handsome man addressed them. "Ok, here's the deal. Five players from each team will run across a number of floating buoys before coming to a platform. Once you're on the platform, traverse the balance beam and then climb the rope ladder. Untie a bag of puzzle pieces and jump down into the water. Swim the pieces back to the starting line and tag the next person. If at any time, you fall off the course, you will need to swim back to the beginning and start again. Once you have all 5 bags of puzzle pieces, the three remaining teammates will start building the puzzle. First team to get the puzzle completed win reward. Wanna know what you're playing for? Lipkin's ball gag." The group winced and gasped. Clearly they didn't realize just how useful this item might be.
*fast forward*
"Survivors ready? GO!" As the first member from each team dashed across the buoys with relative ease. One of the two stopped on the platform and took his time on the balance beam while the other, not wanting to lose momentum, attempted to fun across it full speed. Haflway across, his foot slipped on a small metallic object sending his feet high in the air as his spine came crashing down on the balance beam. Everyone just stared for a second and then they all dove into the water to save him. Once they got him back to shore, the handsome man called in the medical team. "I can't feel my legs!" cried the man. The EMT looked up at the handsome man. "Jeff, his back is broken. He's going to need surgery if he's going to have any hope of ever walking again." just then, someone came out of the water with a metal object in their hand. "Here, Jeff. This was at the bottom of the ocean right around the balance beam." The handsome man's eyes lit up with rage. "A rollerskate? A damn rollerskate?!? First off, who would choose to bring these to a beach as their personal item? Second, why woudl you bring it to the challenge? Third, Why would you put it out on the balance beam? Fourth, When the #### did you get time to do that? I was watching each and every one of you as I explained the challenge!!! This challenge is over. There is no reward. Grab your #### and head back to camp. And don't forget to send Leead's riot shield with him. Seriously, what the hell were you guys thinking with some of these personal items? Oh and you know what? no immunity challenge today either. You guys are insane." Leead has been removed from the game, and with him, his riot shield.
Back At Camp:
One player bent over the watering hole to retrieve the bucket of water when a loud back startled them and they were splashed with water. Suddenly they realized that the water was oddly warm. When they looked down, they realized it wasn't water, it was blood. Dizziness washed over them as they passed out and tumbled over into the well. A sneaky figure walked up behind them and put the lid back on the well. "Oh well. We'll just have to boil it a little longer now." The sneaky figure noticed a battery operated portable xerox machine on the ground next to the well. "Hmph, did that tool really think this would fool anyone? Like Probst couldn't tell the difference between a xerox copy and a real vote parchment. And there just happened to be one vote too many and one matched the handwriting of another exactly? moron." The sneaky player lifted the lid of the well again and dropped the electronic device in. Adam is dead, and so is his gadget.
Parting Words:
Adam - "Well, I'm kinda sad about this, but I will walk away from this, simply happy that I get to be on TV. I really wish they would have left me in the game a little longer, but I understand if they're a bunch of pansies. It's okay. I'm going home, and eating steak and lobster. You know, food.
Also, I half expected that I'd get eliminated tonight, so I made sure to soak all of your tents with kerosene before I left. So that'll be fun when you get those torches back to camp. Careful, now! ;)"
Leead - "Picking on the youngest and the oldest, eh? Adam and I deserve better than this! Just goes to show the kind of quality people you have on this show, picking on a 40 year old with a broken hip and agoraphobia, and a teenager with limited time. Well, I hope all of you eat spoiled catfish while on this island"

This is why I think last night's cop should come forward and tell us what it does. That way we can determine its usefulness.
why would we want to get rid of a power that we don't even know what it does yet?
Some of the powers have explanations to them - like lawyering kills a vote, which is different from traditional sense of lawyering.
There is no explanation to the Cop, so taking the standard mafia meaning of cop...why would we need one in this game?
why would we want to get rid of a power that we don't even know what it does yet?

Strange, does Dax not have a vote?
This is the reason I was focusing on Brian/HaC - he posted once. Only reason....I wanted to vote for a non talker before voting for someone who talked.

Just seemed strange you did on two days in a row when both times other people had the same amount of posts. Also keep in mind the game has only been opened on a Friday and Sunday, not really high posting days.
You weren't talking...and in all honesty, and especially in Survivor, i didn't want floaters to get by because no one was paying attention to them.

Might as well vote for someone....
and it opened on a friday morning - not a high posting day but you still posted ONCE on Friday...then you just kinda ignored it.

Well it opened around 7 am my time friday, I woke up around 12 pm, and posted around 6 pm when I saw the thread was open. I don't really see the point of posting just for the sake of posting. I agree we shouldn't just let people who aren't playing that much continue to stick around but posting isn't the only part of playing this game.
You weren't talking...and in all honesty, and especially in Survivor, i didn't want floaters to get by because no one was paying attention to them.
Which makes me feel bad as I am out of the house all day tomorrow (7:00 AM to 9:00 PM) and won't be around in between. Thus, I won't be posting a lot tomorrow.
Don't vote me off because of that. :nervous:
While it's tempting to vote for Jeff just for the sake of voting for him, the only reason it would be more compelling to vote for him over, say, KitsuShel (with 1 post) is because Jeff seems to be attempting to sow disharmony amongst the islanders.
Should he be kicked off the island? Yes? No?

I feel I am getting hammered on this...
someone has to be voted for each day...my logic was this - someone isn't posting in the game, they aren't paying attention, it looks like they don't want to be in the game, let's get rid of them vs. someone who is posting a lot and contributing. At least until the jury votes - lets keep people who want to be here IN the game.
Which is why I am kinda peeved that someone took out Thawmus....

Oh, I was just assuming that the players who wanted to get rid of the cop had a reason for doing so.
Why else would you want to get rid of the cop over other powers?

Immunity Idol:
The handsome man addresses the group across the fire. "Ok, an immunity idol is hidden out there somewhere on the island. I have with me tonight a new addition to the game." The handsome man points to a large display to his left. "On this board are small compartments. Each compartment has the name of a country in the world written on it. Inside each compartment is a scroll. One of the scrolls has a detailed map leading you to the hidden immunity idol. The rest are blank. At different intervals throughout the game, you will be given clues to help narrow your search. During each Tribal Council (day phase) you may make a single guess as to where the clue is. The guess may be public (must be bolded) or private. The answer will correspond accordingly. You may collaborate and share ideas and results all you want. There is no clue for today except that it's a country."

Except that I wasn't trying to get rid of the cop power. I wanted last night's cop to come forward and tell us what it does. You said I'm trying to "out the cop". You should have known that the powers switch each night. I mean, it's not like you can't read... :p
