No. I don't think you can ever do so

Bigmac267 is right, double based characters can not be moved by Telekinesis.

"Double-base characters can’t be moved by Telekinesis, can’t be knocked
back, and ignore other characters’ Force Blast." pg. 21 of the FF rulebook.

Only Double-Based and Colossuals (and Thor-the Reigning on Odinsleep clix...) cannot be TK'd

BUT...giants can only be TKed by friendly figures.
