This is how I see Clint Barton's Ronin since the events of Secret Invasion. I did not include a point cost, but I woud put him somewhere around the 110 mark.

Attack - I've learned from everyone I've ever fought beside: Ronin can use B/C/F and RCE
Defense - One Tough S.O.B.: Ronin can use toughness and ES/D
Damage - Reluctant Leader: Ronin can use Leadership, perplex, and outwit.

I dont think Clint is that smart and his movement & defense values are a lil low across the board. Otherwise pretty cool though Id perfer him to not have an 8 range but get it later

Word, I think he should start off with 4 range and later "upgrade" to 10 as he ended up using Hawkeye's bow later in the skirmish. Higher defense as well I think would be in order. I like perplex and possibly leadership, but Outwit, probably not.

Also, ES/D can never be used against a close combat attack anyway, so there's no reason to specify he can only use it against ranged attacks.

Fair enough. The reason that his defense is so low is because he takes a lot of more hits in close combat than ranged in the comics, but always seems to pull through with his fighting ability and knowledge of different weapons. As for the outwit and perplex, he has shown the ability to out think much more powerful opponients over the years i.e. Kang, Ultron, and The Hood.

Thet pretty perfect I'd give him some stealth but love the psy blast
