Wizkids is being completely unfair and greedy to their loyal customers.

With 4 sets out and over 500 figures it is really unfair that I am not able to collect all of them just because I do not have the money to buy a lot of boosters. :(

A. Why is this in Battle Plans?
B. Get a job to get some money. Simple as that.
C. Trade other non clix things for clix, it can happen. I do it quite of'en.

Excuse me, but how can that be unfair? The expansions are spaced apart well, and each set mostly has three versions of the same character, keeping the character pool low.

If expansions came out slower, there would be an outcry from players who want such high demand characters like Iron Man.

Unlike a certain card game whose initials are MTG, sets do not come out bimonthly and nothing is restricted or banned. That's where you are talking greedy.

I agree with Ghost Rider. I quit collecting M:TG because they simply put out too many sets. The quality of the sets really suffered because of this. As long as WizKids keeps a few months between sets I'm not going to complain. Just save about 20 bucks a week and buy a case when it is released. That is what I do. Trade your extra nons for the nons you don't get in the case, and pick the uniques you don't have up on ebay.

Diddums, I mean honestly... you're whining because you can't collect all the nice, purdy figures?

Like PsychoDBoy said, get a job. Job = pay, Pay = money, Money = Heroclix figures.

No one should expect to get the figures they want in the first few boosters or starters they open (although I did manage to pull a V Superman and V Doomsday in the same booster once :p ).

That's the fun of "collecting"; yes it does cost you a fair bit of money, but who's to say you can't make a profit by selling off or trading your extra figs for the ones you want?

Jebus man, it's not like this is Warhammer or anything. You know why they call it 40K? Because it costs about 40,000 bucks to play. I got out of Games Workshop games because they truely were money #####s that seemed to care less and less about their actual customers, and more about money as time went on.

Wizkids is different. Their games are easy and affordable. Heroclix alone has gotten me back into collectable and table-top games. These guys are doing a good job, despite all the #### they take online from the same people they're trying to serve.

I agree with Scorpio!

How dare WizKids produce a game for comic book fans to enjoy, especially when they didn't have to, and all we had was X-Men pogs and Overpower!! And they want money for this game?! Actual MONEY?!

For shame. And this time, I'm not talkin' about WizKids.

Holy twisted testicles Batman, the gruesomeness of creating a collectible game that costs some money to get a full set is too ... much ... for ... me ... TO .... HANDLE !!!! aaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

<Robin's head exlodes>

I really hope this thread is a joke and you're just bored and wanted to see what people would say in response to your insanity.

If you really want to complain about something, how about 12 uniques in a 96 figure set ... at least you'll have some people agree with you then.

Well then you really are in the wrong hobby, and should try to do something like collecting bottlecaps. I'm serious. Whoever promised you that you could enter this game cheap and fast was talking about the Crutch Team, not about the price. Wizkids is doing a good job at releasing figures with a decent price. What, praytell, would be affordable to you, hmmm? How about explain your rant before demanding an apology from WK.
