I had an HC nightmare last night...

This is a dream I had last night. Is it blasphemy or foreshadowing of the future?! (Ok, I'm sure it's blasphemy, I just said that to be dramatic. :P)

**I was at school, me and the other students were hanging out in some classroom. We were all having nice conversations, until a school bully came in and started making fun of me for playing HeroClix. "How can you like those stupid pieces of plastic" was one of his many taunts. Then, all of the other guys starting laughing at me for playing HC too!

Later, after all of the others were gone, the bully came up to me again and said in a serious voice: "You do realize that more and more people get out of HeroClix every day. In a few months, no one will care about your stupid game anymore. HAHAHA!".

So, when I got home, I went to HCRealms and saw that the boards were nearly deserted. Most of the cool people who used to post here had lost interest in HC. I then realized that the bully was right, HC was dying!!!!!!!**

It was pretty creepy when I woke up, even though I knew that it was just a stupid dream. Do any of you have HC dreams (or nightmares) to share?

(NOTE: I put up a "(enter topic) Dream" thread on almost every board I go to. Most of them turn out fairly entertaining and successful.)

No, but I've had a dream where my brother and sister and I were chased around by the Tang character (a big pair o' lips, for all you 80's freaks!). After it ate by siblings, I pulled out a chain saw outta nowhere and chopped him good!

Did I mention all this happened at my elementary school also?

I always dream about meeting some girl (Jessica Alba, I think), then we grab guns and fight to save the world.... after that we would probably hang by the semi-truck and wonder how we'd get to the dance. Then I'd have to slam dunk a baloon into a basketball goal. Now, I'm 5'6". I can't play bastketball... But I was hangin on the rim for like 5 minutes... trying to put a balloon into the basket, but it kept on floating out.

I have alot of disturbing dreams :(

I never had a dream about HC, but my girlfriend, who doesn't even play, had one the other night. She said we were being chased by all these Figs, and when one got close she would start screaming, but then I tell her, NO NO that one's a GOOD guy. she said it seemd like this went on forever! LOL Heck, she's never even read a comic book, so it just goes to show I talk to her WAY to much about this game, and show her my new figs too often!

Your dream is a clear indication that you are a freak for Venom.;)

Your earlier dream could have resentment/revenge aspects, but keep in mind that there are usually many dreams to examine for similar representations, one dream isn't really enough. Now, about my fee.......:D

well, one time i had a really cool dream in which i bought every miniature ever created off of ebay for a very gentle sum of money... the worst dream ive ever had was when i tried to introduce clix into my school and no one liked it and destroyed all my figs:( i have a lot of nightmares in which clix are ground up and or tossed in the lake.....i allways wake up in a cold sweat and go hug my collection:D

I didn't have a nightmare, but i did have a weird dream where one of my friends gave me this weird figure. It was like a blue chicken head on a flying base. It had 20 speed, 0 attack and, 20 defense to start off with but i really didn't finish my dream since i had to wake up early for my 1st hour basketball team practice. i hate the practices sooooooo much!

But i was wonderin was there ever some find of hero or villian like that?

Bah, I hate Freddy Krueger. He's been a nuicance in my nightmares for quite some time now (he's even successfully drowned me one time)!

Anyways, I knew I could be proud of this thread. I put it up about 2 hours ago and already has some very funny posts. Keep the dreams coming, heck any good one will do, since it seems that not many people dream about HC. (Mods, if you think that this gets too off topic, please just move it to the general forum as opposed to deleting it :))

if anyone were to ridicule me about playing heroclix, I would simply show him the photos of the "live action" Clix exposition. By comparison, simply playing heroclix on a board looks as cool as dating swimsuit models.
