YuGiOh?!?

while recently at my friends house i noticed his little brother watching the yugioh TV show. one thing i noticed wes thet (atleast in this epesode) the characters moved about on a maze being boult up by each player each trying for an advantageable(is that a word?)path. but thet used die, and hitpionts also... it almost looked like a giant Click wannabee game.:rolleyes: is it possible that yugioh might make a hc/mk style game also? i thought they were just cards... anyway i think a YuGiOhclix-thingy would suck.

They are making a game like that but it's not a wannabe. That game was before clix. It's called Dungeon Dice Monsters. I'm also looking forward to it.

yugioh is the worst show on television. but i watch it. .....its....just so......BAD... im drawn to it. if i am flipping through channels and i see it then its bad news.

Now, most traditionalistic fans of anime will stone me for saying this, but you have to accept YuGiOh as a part of anime. Now, we've all had these "we hates them" parts of our favorite forms of entertainment.

Keep in mind, for every "Dark Knight Returns" there is always the "Hal Jordan is now Spectre."

For every Rob Van Dam, there is the Gobbledy-gooker.

For every X-man movie, there is always the Scheumacher Batmans.

And, for every "Akira" there is always "Pokemon/YuGiOh/Toyko Pig."

And to any who are going to stone me for ripping on YuGiOh, I'll say this. I think YuiGiOh is great in one aspect.

It teaches folks remedial math.

A standard "episode" (aka we walk around until we duel) is usually the following.

"I just played my (insert a crazy name of a monster here)! He's 1000 points. I'm cool and tough."

"But wait, I just played my (insert a crazy name of a spell effect here)! That just increased my (insert another crazy monster name) to 1500 points. He's cooler and tougher than your monster!"

"Darn you, YuGi. Darn you to heck!!!"

Yep. remedial math is fun......

I never said Yu-gi-oh wasn't anime. heck I somewhat enjoy it when I see it on tv.
When nothing is better is on.

Let's think about this folks.

Pokemon= Children not only skip school, they're encouraged by their families to do so. Instead of seeking education, they capture sentient and intellligent animals to make them fight for their owners badges. Yep, gotta call it the way I see it. Slavery.

Bayblade= Demonic possession of children's toys. Who else has toys that have spirits in them? Not too many folks, I'll say.

YuGiOh!=How the mighty fall. Let's face it, YuGi is short, speaks with a commanding voice, and has spikey-blonde hair. Since they're finished in making new Dragonball Z, a former star tries to reclaim his once-proud status. Think about it. YuGi is VEGETA! Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i also think some princess monoke clix would be badarsed as well.

ANd although yugi is anime( i will accept that) But i thought that pokemon was a better show (what can i say, i am a sucker for squrittle and baulbasour) Yugi is alright for anime, i just dont see the attraction it gets. I thought that it was stupid to hear what is a teen, sound like we hit puberty hit at 6. but those are just my thoughts. I like anime, and will watch almost anything atleast once, needless to say yugi didnt pass the test.

Yugioh is one of my favorite Mangas but the show does suck due to EDITING!!!

I play the cardgame and I am very good at it


BUT IT IS NOT A CHILDRENS SHOW IT WAS NOT MADE FOR THEM IT WAS MADE FOR TEENS BUT THE GREEDY TV PEOPLE WANTED BETTER RATINGS SO THEY MADE IT "COOL" TO BE A POSER!!!!


I went to tournaments once but there were too many little kids who just drew cards whenever they wanted to and Attacked all of the powerful monsters with little puny monsters

I play mother grizzly (1400 attack I think) and attack your Serpent Knight Dragon (2350 attack) and that was how the kid lost the game
