Can some one help me out?

When sending in my contract to Wizkids I left out the W-9, so now I have been retired as a Judge. I need to resend my contract but I can not get to the volunteer section to get a copy of the 2003 contract.

I was hoping somebody could tell me how to get a copy of the contract or maybe post a copy.

Just submit the tax form and say you allready gave them the contract or at least thats what I have been asked to do with mine. It should take about 48 hours to regain your status.

yea, I just went and searched out the tax form myself. I'm not quite sure what I'm suposed to enter in some of it so I've sent an email for clarification. Wish they had given better instructions on the site so I'd know what the heck I'm doing.

I was "retired" too. Im kindof worried.... I haven't done anything to warrent me loosing my judge status other than not sending my form in for 2003.


Should I email wizkids? I hate to waist thier time, but im supposed to run an event soon.

Please, anyone in the know, lend a knowledgable word of help!

The deadline for the forms was Jan 31st.

In the WK forum they mentioned that your status could be suspended if they hadn't recieved your documents by Feb 7th and you would need to reapply, and to contact volunteersupport@wizkidsgames.com information on the reapplication process.
