Marvel Mania

A couple years back in the universal studios hollywood there was a resturaunt called Marvel Mania. It had huge screens playing clips from movies, character profiles, and not to mention the people in costumes walking around like storm, wolverine, and spiderman. I loved it . Its closed down now but I think with the recent sucess of Marvel, they should bring it back. What do you think?

Besides maybe they could add a couple tournaments to the food:)

Man, I LOVED Marvel Mania!!! I used to go there all the time. I was really bummed when it closed down. Even the carpet was cool. It looked like a bunch of comic book cells with various Marvel Characters. It was awesome. I really miss it. Please come back Marvel Mania, Please come back!!!!! :(

Y'know what the worst part about the whole thing was?

Did you hear about all the cool props and tables and sets and stuff? They were thrown out. No one kept them. From what Wizard said in an issue, "there's a whole Iron Man suit laying somewhere in a dumpster, and no one know's where it's at."

Now THAT I can't grok. I think they got snarfed up and are in someone's goofball collection, or destroyed at the hands of a little brother. I'd be real surprised if someone didn't do a dumpster dive and rescued that stuff.

I mean, were there any comic fans AT ALL working there?

I live where there's nothing cool so I never got to go to the Marvel Mania resturant... I'd like to see one come to the Boston area. I'd definately take a day trip to check that out. Special Heroclix-ing areas would be a great addition, aswell as every Marvel arcade game ever! Hm...
