Starstruck Admirer Prerequisites: Celebrity keyword.

Choose a character. The character can use Incapacitate with a range of 8, if it can't already. After the feat is used, remove it from the game.

Stunning Blow Prerequisites: Incapacitate

Choose a character.

When the character makes a successful attack using Incapacitate, in addition to the effects of Incapacitate, the character may deal damage equal to its unmodified damage value. Divide the attacker's damage value any way you choose among the successfully hit targets.

If I were to add these feats to say, the Norman Osborne le from Fantastic Forces, could I use Starstruck on his first click and get the stunning blow damage?

I ask because since Starstruck grants Incap, and doesn't remove until after the action, the character should still meet the requirements for Stunning blow. (if I am correct, that is)

I would say as long as the figure has Incap on its dial somewhere then you could put both on and use Starstruck to Stun Blow kinda like how ICWO with Oracle on the card can activate BT.

Where did these new HoT feats come from? Are they going to be printed or are these the start of those lame feats we have to print from now on? I mean if they are going to continue to print figures with cards and special powers (which waste paper) they might as well continue to print feats. We are technically getting less for are money as well....

No, you cannot use a Feat to meet the pre-req of another Feat.

This is old news.

Well, you're right that feats won't allow you to meet the prerequisite in order to assign a different feat.

Since Norman Osborne already meets the prerequisite (he does have incap late dial) then he could be assigned Stunning Blow, and when he uses SSA it would still activate SB.

Now, if you were to give KC GL Force Field, he still wouldn't qualify for Shellhead since he doesn't actually have any prerequisites on his dial without the Force Field feat card.

Nope. While the ICwO trick does work, this one will not work.

ICwO grants possession of the power from Oracle.

SA only allows the figure to use the power.

You must possess the power in order to be able to use it for a prereq.

The reason an SP allowing a power to be used will work is because the rulebook specifically makes that exception. That exception only applies to SPs.

Hmmm... that's frustrating. Oh, well.

Darn... time to change the feats around. Thanks, all.
