Where to publicize an HC utility?

Ok, so I occasionally program something useful - just today I announced a new tool for generating Heroclix teams at random from an inventory. I thought it was something fun the community might take an interest in, but my thread in the general forum was moved.

My problem is that it was moved... to the Heroclix Online forum! Naturally I can understand that my name has become synonymous with HCOL, but this utility has nothing to do with Heroclix Online.

Where is the appropriate forum for Heroclix "utilities" like this? Should there be a subforum somewhere? There probably aren't many "code" people out there who create Heroclix software, but it seems to me like I ought to be able to announce to the community that a neat new toy is available.

Thoughts? Opinions from the mods? Any chance I can beg and plead to have my thread moved back to General? ;)

HeroClix Online forum has been renamed "HeroClix Online Tools"; that should take care of all the applications that assist the players. The general Discussion area was just the wrong place to put things; as that automatically screams "SPAM!" to every staff member since the very purpose of the thread is to redirect people to a site outside the community. That's my definition of spam.

I've also moved all the threads from the "virtual Battle zone" into that forum (and deleted said forum). If there continues to be no in that area though ... it'll eventually be archived.
