which team is the best? and what should i change?

I would strongly recommend adding a Black Cat or a Scarlet Witch to give you some probability control.

Your teams seemed very focused on high-powered attacks with little support. You could take a Doombot out of team 1 and Mandroid Armor out of team 2 and replace it with one of the PCers.

While I personally think Team 3 would be the most fun to play, if you're trying to win, go with team 1 and drop a Doombot for a PCer.
