Please correct me if I am wrong. A figure trying to draw line of fire between a diagonal line that passes between a figure, and the corner of elevated terrain is block, just as if the line was between a figure and blocking terrain. Correct?
I would post a diagram but they never come out right for me.

Right. FF rules, page 11:
Characters can’t move into or through blocking terrain. No character can occupy a square of blocking terrain. Blocking terrain blocks any line of fire that crosses the boundary line surrounding it. Diagonally adjacent squares of blocking terrain are considered continuous blocking terrain, blocking movement and any line of fire through the diagonal between them (Figure 13). A line of fire that passes through the diagonal between a square of blocking terrain and a square containing a character is blocked.

And elevated terrains counts as blocking terrain for LOF purposes. OK then. Thanks

No. Elevated terrain does block LOF, yes, but it does not 'count as blocking terrain'.
Say, you've got an SP or feat that ignores blocking terrain for some reason... well, it would ignore blocking terrain (since that's what it does), but elevated terrain would still be elevated terrain.

True, True. I was lumping them in the same category for my purpose of the statement.
