another ranged combat question

If a character has multiple range combat attacks and ranged combat expert (example cyclops) can he use the ranged combat expert for every target or is still just one damage?

For example Cyclops aims at Thanos and Darkseid and hits both (hitting Big!!) does he hit for one or three damage?

no.

according to the rules,

when u target more than one character the damage is reduced to one.

however u can increased the damage with the shield team ability or enhancement.
