Where is Spidey?

I can't seem to find anyone talking about the wall-crawler here. His picture is on the banner and no one seems to be playing him. I am a huge spider-man fan and I love the fact that he is riding a huge wave of popularity right now, but he is really hard to use in this game. He is so expensive that I find it hard to use him in games. Does anyone have any good spider-man teams that work, and what is his primary goal in this game. I mean, his Clobberin Time Unique is better than his other versions by far(although I love the Promo and the xplosion version is going to be closer to his actual abilities, I think). Is there anyone out there who uses Spidey on a regular basis?

[The Stinger]

I use V Spiderman quite a bit, as well as the IC U, and the Promo version. I like the promo for his 8 range.

You have to give Spidey the support he needs if he is your main guy. I like his INC, it can get past that irritating INV when noone can do enough damage to hurt that figure.

I like to team him with Black cat and a perplexer to get his damage up to 3, and have Black cat for probability control.

He has great movement with L/C and never has to break away, so he can pretty much get anywhere on the board that he needs to go.

When properly supported, Spidey can make the veins in your opponent's forehead stand up. I normally use him to Incapacitate my opponent's best figure, that way he has to push in order to use him. We usually play without medics, so every click is valuable.

Hey Tech Dog have you tried the "CT" unique spiderman who
costs less than 80 points and has supper senses. The Stinger
don't forget that the promo spidey also has fangs/claws/blades instead of flurry. :D
