Flash Villains : the Rainbow Raider & ...er...some girl who used jewelery for weapons (the Top's daughter, I forgot her name) & the Ringmaster (some idiot who threw rings at people, as if you couldn't guess).

Because they're Flash villains?
Because they're pre-Crisis (as far as I know)?
Because they're lame?

Parallax. He'd be probably a 500 pt army on his own, and whup up. The man decked superman in one hit, which would mean something like 10 damage. Way too powerful to ever be made.
