Heroclix abbreviations

As a newcomer to Heroclix (and I never played MageKnight, etc.), I find myself a little perplexed by some of the abbreviations used.


I've figured out that RCE is Ranged Combat Expert, CCE is Close Combat Expert, but what is BCE? And what other abbeviations are there I should know?

I just did a Google search on "heroclix abbreviations" and got no results. So, if there's a list out there somewhere, where is it?

BCE is probably a typo, meaning BCF for Blades/Claws/Fangs

A few other common powers:

B2B or BtB: Base to base, meaning being right next to each other.
SS: This one's tricky, for it can mean both Super Senses & Super Strength. You just have to try and distinguish between the two.
EE: Energy Explosion
PW: Pulse Wave
TK: Telekinesis
ES/D: Energy Shield/Deflection
BF: Battle Fury
L/C: Leap/Climb
MM: Mastermind

That's about it. The rest are pretty obvious (like "incap" for incapacitate, etc.)

Sometimes Super Strength is abbreviated "SR”.
