Darkseid and Outsiders

When a character with the outsiders ability targets Darkseid does it also nullify the replace ment of his range being modiied in half? I know it nullifies him from getting the -2 to keep his damage but what about his range since the power is modifying it.

no for the reason u stated it is a replacement and not a modifier.
