View Full Version : Hammer of Thor hand ninja question
So, I missed the final verdict, can the hand ninja generic from HOT use blades/claws/fangs with his attack from the shadows special power?
Special Powers
FROM THE SHADOWS:#Once during your turn, if Hand Ninja occupies hindering terrain and has no action tokens, he can make a close combat attack as a free action.
To me, since you can use b/c/f with flurry that grants 2 clos combat attacks I feel like this should work too. Any help if I am wrong would be awesome

no they can not.
BLADES/CLAWS/FANGS When this character is given a close combat action,
no they can not.
BLADES/CLAWS/FANGS When this character is given a close combat action,
To expand on this...
"Flurry
Give this character a close combat action. It makes two
separate close combat attacks as free actions (making two
separate attack rolls) against one or two adjacent targets.
Resolve the first attack before making the second. If this
character loses Flurry before it makes the second attack, it
can’t make the second attack."

Basically, when these ninjas attack from the shadows they have no time to draw their swords and must "JUDO CHOP!" their adversary.

be happy they cannot. It would just be too nasty.
People seem to think 'it would be awesome if I could do this!'
What they should be thinking is 'how much would it suck if my opponent got to do this?'
