I know someone who tried this to see. It took at least 2 Sentinels to take out Sinestro, and that's not a sure thing. Sometimes he can win against that. 3 Sentinels will beat him for sure. I think this was with both Sinestro and the Sentinels at their 300 versions, too.

Just curious, how would 3 firelord E's, Black cat E, with a Black Panther R do against a 300 sinestro? (disregarding the cross over Marvel vs. DC)
