Magneto can toss Spiral into the fray against the toughest opponent to do her thing. He then stands back to shoot. Quicksilver and/or Nightcrawler go after the supporing figures. Avalanche protects Magneto and Scarlet Witch helps out doing her usual.

As a thought, use an Experinced Jean Grey to tk Spiral into battle.
She's 50 points cheaper than the Magneto, which would allow you to get some other figures, like an experienced Doombot to taxi and an experienced Vampire Lackey to help rip and shred.
Oh sure, mutants. Heck, Marvel bends the rules on what a mutant is all time. If you must, get the rookie Wolverine (44 points)

As far as telekinesis goes, don't forget the Mandroids. Cheap and sturdy.

Now I have support and cheaper TK. Jean pushes to toss twice and trade her damage to Wolfsbane and then toss in Wolfsbane. I don't think I really need a taxi here. Nightcrawler can get in on his own. Jean will toss in Spiral, and she can't be carried anyway. Quicksilver goes for the medics in the back, or I toss him in for a followup flurry. Wolfsbane plays reserve to be tossed in where needed.
