The backbone of the team is Doc Ock with his willpower and perplex. Vulture, and Mandroid are basically taxis With Spiral and Sabertooth being the front line troops. Controller as a rookie only has two clicks of mind control, but that might be enough to foul up RCE and support forces. By his third click, he gains super strength and can knock holes in walls which is also useful.

Personally, I can never really see me using the E version of the Mandroid armor. That's especially true if all you want is the TK. If that's all you want, then swap it out for R-Jean Grey. TK for 3 clicks, so you can push her a bit. You could trade damage from Spiral back to Jean, too.

If you want to keep the armor then I would drop the Mandroid armor to R. You lose a click of toughness, but you're past TK at that point anyway. You get to the 2 damage a click sooner with the R as well, and the 2 damage attack value is the same as the E. That would allow you to upgrade Vulture to V for those 4 points. The extra bit of charge may come in handy, and he gets 8 attack and 2 damage on that click.

i think one tk taxi is too little for spiral. it would be like a one way trip.
